well to begin, I moved into a quaint victorian apartment.

effie's favorite place to sleep. poor thing had a hard time adjusting at first, but I think she's doing just     fine now, and she has a new kitty housemate too!

I take walks as often as possible now, being so close to my favorite coffee shops, and I always make sure to make a little bouquet on the way. Phil warns me that I might look like a crazy to the neighbors if I keep collecting foliage on my walk, but I can't help it!
    rain - my favorite weather!
   a few Christmas presents
I hope everyone of you had a joyful, relaxing holiday!

Things have been a bit slow here in the blog world, what's up with that? What have you all been up to!?  I've been working hard on my vintage shop; trying to buy more unique vintage pieces and making it better shop in general. True vintage pieces are becoming a bit more rare to find, at least in my neck of the woods, so when I find something amazing I just get so exited. My two favorite "new" pieces are a 30s yellow dress ( in my favorite shade) and 1920's blouse with the prettiest embroidery.

    The lovely Roxanne

We ate delicious cupcakes at Enjoy in Los Olivos, adventured around the funny little towns, antiqued a whole lot, and finally made our way to Full of Life Flatbread. I had been wanting to go there for so long and oh boy, it was perfect! We ate on the patio with pizzas, lemonade, and a warm breeze. It felt just like a summer day. I love exploring a new area, even if it is just an hour or so away from home.
