“国际法学”是为我校行政管理专业本科生所开设的专业选修课程，共32个学时，2个学分。本课程的内容既包括现代国际法的基础理论，又含盖目前国内外正探讨的实际问题，如国际法的渊源、禁止使用武力和集体安全制度、条约法、人权法和国家责任等。其中，主要侧重于两个部分：国际条约法和国际人权法。国际条约法部分主要讲述条约在促进国际合作中的作用、条约的保留、解释、遵守和适用。国际人权法部分则介绍保护人权普遍性和区域性国际公约，探讨某些实体权利的含义、对特殊主体的保护和国际实施监督机制等，并阐释人权与贸易、人权与商业、人权与环境等全球化背景下产生的新问题。同时，结合条约法和人权法，运用比较的方法分析多边商贸条约和人权条约的国内适用。本专题各内容的讲述，以从理论到实践、从国际层面到国内层面、从外国的实践到我国的实践为基本脉络。此外，本专题还涉及到学生所必须掌握的法律逻辑、国际法研究方法论等。

This seminar is a specialized course for administrative student, with 32class hours for 2credits.The seminar covers basic theories of modern international law and other issues under heated discussion, such as the sources of international law, the prohibition of the use of force and collective use of force via the United Nations, law of treaties, international human rights law and State’s responsibility, etc. Among them, the law of treaties and international human rights law are more emphasized. In the law of treaties, the seminar explores sources of international law and their significance, and the reservation, interpretation, observance and application of treaties. In the part of international human rights law, the course introduces MA candidates to the existing international norms and systems for the protection of human rights, including the United Nations, European, Inter-American, and African treaty systems and various specialized treaties and supervisory bodies. In addition, selected substantive rights and subjects are to be discussed in detail. Some new issues in globalization, such as human rights and trade, human rights and business, human rights and environment, etc, will also be addressed. A practical and comparative analysis will be made on the application of multilateral trade and commercial treaties and international human rights treaties, with an emphasis on the combination of law of treaties and human rights conventions. moreover, learn about legal reasoning and methodology, research methods in international law, and apply their knowledge in practice.
