新闻采写是人文社会科学系传播学专业开设的专业基础课，是传播专业的必修课程。这是一门特别培养学生实践能力的课程。本课程通过讲授新闻信息采编与写作的基本理论和方法，理论与实践相结合的讲授方式，培养学生熟悉基本新闻和信息体裁的特点和写作要求，具备识别和发现有价值新闻和信息的能力，掌握采编写作方法和技能。

News Gathering, Editing and Writing is a basic obligatory course of Communication professional. The course introduces the theory and methods of news editing and writing by combining theory and practice. Through studying of this course, Student can familiarize the genre characteristics and writing requirements of news and information, possess ability to identify and discovery of news value, acquire ways and skills of news gathering, editing and writing.
