本课程主要内容为两大部分。一为英文写作，主要内容为“英国的政治体制”、“美国的政治体制”、“英国的教育体制”、“美国的教育”、“英国的福利制度”等。二为英译中，主要内容为《组织行为学》相关内容，如“需要层次论”、“X理论Y理论”、“两因素理论”等。在完成大学英语学习的基础上，本课程作为英语学习的第二个阶段将有助于学生进一步扩大词汇量，特别是与专业有关的词汇量，进一步提高他们的阅读及写作能力；也有助于学生进一步掌握行政管理的专业知识。

Having finished the study of the basic English as the first phase , the study of the subject as the second phase will be helpful to add the students’ the quantities of the English words and to improve their reading-ability. It is benefit for the students to learn more information about the Public Administration.
