The course discussed our country enterprise staff recruitment situation at present from human resource management in staff recruitment perspective, and elaborated systemetically the scientific talent management concept and operating skills by the combination of advanced human resources management results and the successful practice of the Multi-National Corporation to hire talent ,It plays strong a guiding role on the human resources workers to solve the problems in the recruitment process and to help enterprises to establish perfect and scientific staff recruitment management system.
The students must understand and master the main principles of curriculum and baisic knowledge and principles and methods of recruitment plan, preliminary work , recruitment channels ,recruitment form and hiring.
