本课程从人力资源管理中员工招聘的角度出发，探讨了目前我国企业员工招聘的现状，结合先进的人力资源管理成果和跨国公司选聘人才的成功实践，系统阐述了科学的人才招聘管理理念和操作技巧，对人力资源工作者解决招聘过程中的问题及帮助企业建立起科学完善的员工招聘管理体系具有很强的指导作用。

学生通过对本课程的学习，了解并掌握该课程的关于员工招聘的前期工作、招聘计划、招聘渠道、招聘方式及员工录用等基本知识及原则方法，能够系统掌握员工招聘的管理体系及操作技巧。为将来走上社会从事相关工作奠定扎实的基础。

The course discussed our country enterprise staff recruitment situation at present from human resource management in staff recruitment perspective, and elaborated systemetically the scientific talent management concept and operating skills by the combination of advanced human resources management results and the successful practice of the Multi-National Corporation to hire talent ,It plays strong a guiding role on the human resources workers to solve the problems in the recruitment process and to help enterprises to establish perfect and scientific staff recruitment management system.

The students must understand and master the main principles of curriculum and baisic knowledge and principles and methods of recruitment plan, preliminary work , recruitment channels ,recruitment form and hiring.
