中国社会问题研究是一门以政策分析的理论、原理与方法为手段，以转轨时期中国社会所面临的社会问题为研究对象的课程，开设该课程的目的是加强学生对当代中国社会的认知和理解，进一步提高学生辩识和独立解决现实中公共问题的能力，具备初步的政策咨询与分析能力。

This course is the application of theories, principles and methods in public policy analysis to the social problems in China community during the transition period from planned economy system to market economy system. The purposes of the course are to enhance students' awareness and understanding of main social problems in contemporary China, to further improve the ability to identify and solve independently social problems in reality, to obtain the preliminary capabilities of policy advice and analysis.
