社会工作行政方法是在社会工作中实施各种服务的方式、程序与步骤。学术界有不同的划分方法，一种是把社会工作方法划分为直接服务方法和间接服务方法两大类。直接服务方法是给受助者直接提供社会服务，通常包括社会个案工作、小组工作和社区工作。间接服务方法指对受助者实施帮助前的社会工作活动形式，通常包括社会工作行政、社会工作督导、社会工作咨询和社会工作研究等。社会工作方法划分为微观层面的方法和宏观层面的方法，个案工作、小组工作属于微观层面的方法，而社区工作、社会工作和社会政策等三个部分属于宏观层面的方法。社会工作行政方法的教学目的是帮助学生理解社会工作的三大直接方法，即个案工作、小组工作和社区工作的发展历史、基本概念、伦理价值、基本理论、主要模式和技巧，特别了解从西方介绍过来的三大工作方法在中国如何专业化、本土化和科学化。通过本课程的教学，要求学生不仅要全面掌握社会工作行政方法的基本知识体系，而且要学会用三大方法分析相关实务，进而为学习社会工作的其他专业课程打下良好基础。

Social work administration methods in social work in the implementation of various services, programs and procedures.
