本课程是专业任选课，本课程的目的在于将电子政府与电子政务的理论、技术和方法传授给学生，并通过对应用范例的讲解，使学生能够做到以先进理论和方法指导实践，在电子政府系统建设中发挥主体作用，切合管理实际需求，使政府的工作模式、方法和效率符合现代科技发展和社会发展要求。课程着力培养掌握电子政府与电子政务理论和方法的现代化人才。具体教学内容包括绪论、电子政府提出的背景及动因、电子政府的概念和角色定位、电子政府的功能及业务模型、全球电子政务发展模式和经验、我国电子政务建设的任务与规划、电子政府的支撑技术、中国电子政务发展策略选择等。

This course is a optional course, it pass on our knowledge to students ,such as : the theories、technologies and methods of Electronic government and electronic government affairs ,and through the explanation of the application example to make the students can guide practice with advanced theories and methods, play a main role in the construction of electronic government system and accord with the actual demands of the management . It also aims at making the work model、method and efficiency of the government can accord with the development of modern science and technology and social development requirements. This course focus on nurturing the modern talents who can handle the theories and methods of Electronic government and electronic government affairs . It contains about the specific training content like : Introduction , the background and motivation of electronic government proposed, the concept and role of electronic government, the function and business model , the development mode and experience of the global electronic government affairs , our country electronic government affairs construction tasks and planning, electronic government support technology, Chinese e-government development strategy choice and so on.
